Due to hygiene and safety standards for jewelers, products cannot be returned once delivered.

Exchange Policy

We do NOT offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Issues like “did not like”, “changed mind”, or “size issue” are not eligible for exchange.

Exception: Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, share the unboxing video within 24 hours.

Replacement (if available) will be provided only after verification.

No replacement will be done without an unboxing video.

Refunds are NOT applicable except in the following rare cases:

If we cannot deliver the product due to logistics limitations.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

High-Value Items

If you are returning items of higher value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
